WORKSHOP AND TRADE COUNTER ARE FULLY RE OPEN WITH CURRENT GUIDLINES IN PLACE. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TO WEAR A MASK/ FACE COVERING PRIOR TO ENTRY AND ONLY ENTER THE DESIGNATED AREA.

GLOBAL SHIPPING IMPACTS SUPPLY CHAINS -
THERE ARE HUGE GLOBAL ISSUES WITH THE SUPPLY OF GOODS ACROSS MOST TRADES, MAINLY CAUSED BY THE LACK OF AVAILABLE CONTAINERS TO SHIP GOODS FROM EAST TO WEST, THIS COUPLED WITH THE LACK OF DECK SPACE AVAILABLE TO MOVE CONTAINERS IS PLAYING A HUGE PART IN THE CURRENT DISRUPTION. OUR OWN FREIGHT FORWARDERS ARE PREDICTING DISRUPTIONS AND COST RISES FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS TO TWO YEARS AS A RESULT OF THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC EFFECTS.

PARTS AVAILABILITY -
CURRENTLY ARE OWN STOCK LEVELS HAVE IMPROVED OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS ALTHOUGH SUPPLY IS GOING TO BE SLOWER THAN USUAL DUE TO THE GLOBAL SHIPPING ISSUES. CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK ON AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO ORDERING.

RETURNS -
PLEASE NOTE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER RETURNS DURING THIS PERIOD FOR ANY INCORRECTLY ORDERED OR CANCELLED ITEMS. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AND WE WILL HONOUR ALL RETURNS ONCE WE CAN RETURN TO SOME FORM OF NORMAL OPERATION.

REFUNDS -
GENERAL REFUNDS ON RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE DONE ONCE WE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS.
REFUNDS ON CANCELLED ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DESPATCHED WILL BE TRANSACTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT DUE TO STAFF LIMITATIONS THIS MAY NOT BE THE SAME DAY.
